Check In Rules
- Security deposit — EUR 200.00 is to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure, provided no damage is found in the apartment.

Early check-in (if available): +30% of the nightly rate for arrival between 10:00 – 13:00, or +100% of the nightly rate if arriving before 10:00 local time. -
Check-out — by 10:00 local time.
Late check-out (if available): +30% of the nightly rate until 15:00, +50% of the nightly rate until 18:00, or +100% after 18:00 local time. - Out-of-hours — +10% of the nightly rate surcharge for late check-in (after 22:00) and early check-out (22:00–07:00 local time).
- Changeover day — During seasons D, E, F, G, and H, check-in and check-out on Saturdays are not possible. Please plan your arrival/departure for other days of the week.
